Cao Zishang (simplified: 曹子上, traditional: 曹子上, pinyin: Cáo Zǐshàng) was a son of Cao Cao and Consort Sun (孫姬), and a brother of Cao Biao and Cao Ziqin. He died early without producing heirs. In 231, Cao Rui posthumously honoured him as Duke Shang of Linyi (臨邑殤公). Few other details are recorded in the sources.
