Lü Bu’s Halberd (方天画戟 fāng tiān huà jǐ) was the legendary weapon of Lü Bu, the mightiest warrior of the Three Kingdoms period. The Heavenly Painted Halberd was a crescent-bladed polearm that combined the thrusting power of a spear with the cutting edge of a blade. In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Lü Bu wielded this weapon at the Battle of Hulao Pass, where he fought Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei simultaneously.
