Great General大将军

The highest regular military rank (大将军), supreme commander of all armed forces. Often held by the most powerful figure at court.

The Great General (大将军 dà jiāngjūn) was the highest regular military rank, commanding all armed forces. In the late Han, He Jin held this title as regent. During the Three Kingdoms, Sima Yi held it under Wei, and Jiang Wei held it under Shu Han. The position often carried political as well as military authority.
