Location
Meng County (鄳縣) was a county in Jiangxia Commandery, Jing Province, in what is now the Xinzhou area of Hubei. Fei Yi was from Meng County (alternatively recorded as from Hanshou). He served Liu Shan and succeeded Jiang Wan as the leading minister of Shu Han.
