Cao Tai (simplified: 曹泰, traditional: 曹泰, pinyin: Cáo Tài) was Cao Ren’s eldest son. He succeeded to his father’s marquisate after Cao Ren’s death in 223 and served as General Who Guards the East (鎮東將軍). He took part in the campaign at Shiting (228) and in operations against Wu. His younger brothers were Cao Kai and Cao Fan.
