County in Jingzhao (capital region), Sili; birthplace of Du Ji.
Location
Duling (杜陵) was a county in Jingzhao (京兆), the capital region under Sili in the Han and Wei period, south-east of Chang’an in what is now Shaanxi. Du Ji was born there. He served Cao Cao in the Secretariat and under Wei became a senior minister (Shangshu), known for his diligence and frugality.
