Wulin 武林

County in Kuaiji commandery on the Zhejiang coast; part of Eastern Wu's maritime hinterland.

Wulin was a county under Kuaiji commandery in the lower Yangtze–Zhejiang region. The area corresponded roughly to the later city of Hangzhou, guarding routes between the river system and the coastal sea lanes.

In the Three Kingdoms period it lay firmly within the sphere of Eastern Wu, contributing taxes and manpower alongside the other counties of Kuaiji.
