Cao Xian (simplified: 曹宪, traditional: 曹憲, pinyin: Cáo Xiàn) was a daughter of Cao Cao and Consort Sun. In 213 she was sent to the court of Emperor Xian together with her sisters Cao Jie and Cao Hua. All three were first titled Furen and in 214 elevated to Guiren (貴人). Cao Jie later became empress; Cao Xian and Cao Hua remained noble ladies. Their presence at court reinforced Cao Cao’s control over the emperor.
