Han Fu (simplified: 韩馥, traditional: 韓馥, pinyin: Hán Fù) was Governor of Ji Province during the late Eastern Han. He was appointed Inspector of Ji Province (later Governor) when Dong Zhuo controlled the court; Xu Jing had been among those who recommended the appointments. Zhang He served as Colonel under Han Fu during the Yellow Turban era. When Yuan Shao sought to take Ji Province, Yuan had Gongsun Zan pressure Han Fu; Han Fu’s officers opposed yielding, but Han Fu, believing himself inferior to the Yuan house, surrendered the province to Yuan Shao in 191. He fled to Zhang Miao; later, believing Yuan Shao’s envoy meant him harm, he took his own life.
