County in Nan'an, Liang Province; birthplace of Pang De.
Location
Huandao (獂道) was a county in Nan’an Commandery, Liang Province, in what is now the Longxi area of Gansu. Pang De was born there. He served Ma Chao and later Cao Cao, and was captured and executed at Fancheng in 219 after refusing to surrender to Guan Yu.
