Yang Feng (simplified: 楊奉, traditional: 楊奉, pinyin: Yáng Fèng) was a general of the White Wave Bandits (白波賊) who served under Li Jue (李傕) after the latter took Chang’an. He took part in escorting Emperor Xian east. Xu Huang was under his command and was enfeoffed at Anyi for the escort; Xu Huang later urged Yang Feng to join Cao Cao. Zhong Yao and others plotted with Yang Feng to kill Li Jue; when the plot failed Yang Feng defected to Guo Si (郭汜). After the Emperor reached Luoyang (196), Yang Feng and Han Xian (韓暹) tried to seize the Emperor at Daliang; Cao Cao defeated them at Liang and Xu Huang surrendered to Cao Cao. Yang Feng later moved through the Huai–Xu region and was defeated and killed by Liu Bei (or by forces under Liu Bei) in Xu Province.
