Qiao (譙) was a county in Pei State (沛國, the kingdom form of Pei Commandery), Yu Province, in what is now Bozhou, Anhui. It was the ancestral home of the Cao family. Cao Zhi, Cao Cao’s son and a renowned poet, was enfeoffed at Qiao and died there in 232. See Pei Commandery and Peiguo.
