Peiguo (沛國) referred to the Pei region or Qiao County within it. Cao Ren was from Peiguo in Qiao County. He was a cousin of Cao Cao and one of his most trusted generals, defending Jiangling and Fancheng and holding key commands. See Pei Commandery and Pei State.
