Pei State (沛國) was a kingdom in Yu Province, the enfeoffed equivalent of Pei Commandery, in what is now northern Anhui. Shi Huan was from Pei State and served Sun Quan. The Cao and Xiahou families were from Qiao (譙) in Pei; see Pei Commandery and Peiguo.
