Waihuang (外黃) was a county in Chenliu Commandery, Yan Province. Puyang Xing was born there. He later served Eastern Wu and took part in the political struggles that deposed Sun Liang and helped bring Sun Xiu to the throne, before being killed in the turmoil that followed.
